A: We accept T/T, 30% in advance, pay the balance before delivery; Western Union paying methods; L/C; By Trade Assurance, Alibaba as collateral, after we delivery machine, alibaba will pay to us.

Q: Do you have a CE certificate?

Q: If we do not know to use the machine, can you teach us?
A: Yes, we will, if you come to China, we will offer you free training until you can use machine freely. And if you are busy, we will have our professional engineer to your country, you only need pay for some fee, like tickets, hotel and meal.Online support or free online training can be offered if needed

Q: When the machine cant work well, what should i do?
A: 1.The engineer is online for 24-hours, they can check the problems and then give you soultion way very soon.
2. All our machines have one-year warranty. If there is any problems of machine parts under "normal use", new machine parts will be sent to you but your side should pay the shipping cost.
